Deliver a DG FCL shipping plan: route & schedule, container stowage, cost breakdown and document checklist.
We handle UN38.3, dangerous goods certificate, MSDS and maritime transport appraisal on your behalf, and prepare DG declaration documents.
Lock in DG space with contracted carriers using the dangerous goods certificate and DG declaration, and confirm the customs cut-off time.
UN-spec packaging, Class 9 labels and supervised lashing, then export customs clearance and vessel loading.
In-transit milestone tracking and updates, DG customs clearance at destination port and DDP door-to-door delivery.
Use UN-spec cartons / drums per IMDG Code P903 packaging requirements; affix Class 9 diamond labels and UN numbers (UN3480 / UN3481 / UN3536) on the outer packaging — labels must be legible and correctly positioned to avoid detention at destination inspection.
Battery cargo uses insulation isolation and cushioning padding, pallets strapped and wrapped; heavy cargo laid with beams to distribute load — never exceed the container's rated weight , preventing in-transit shifting and container deformation.
We recommend engaging a certified supervisor for on-site loading: empty-container inspection — layer loading — lashing — pre-closing photos documented throughout. Loading photos are key evidence for DG declaration and insurance claims, provided by HUIN by default.
Prepare a container loading certificate and stowage plan submitted to the carrier together with the DG declaration, stating cargo UN numbers, classes and stowage positions to meet IMDG segregation requirements.
Every shipment is verifiable — transparent cargo specs, routes, container types, lead times, key challenges, and results.
Qualifications, shipping modes, battery control, destination market access — 4 high-frequency questionsanswered at once.
